TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + TRANSIT TIME

All estimated delivery frames are calculated based on historical order data. These timeframes are approximate and provided for reference purposes only.

HANDLING TIME

Order processing begins on the date your order is placed. It typically takes 3–4 business days to prepare and pack your order before it is handed over to the courier.

ORDER CUTOFF TIME

Our daily order cutoff time is 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed prior to 6:00 PM will enter processing on the same day. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer FREE Standard Express shipping on all worldwide orders. Estimated delivery time for all international orders is 10–15 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Public Holidays: Delivery timelines may be extended during national or seasonal holidays due to limited operational hours by manufacturers and postal carriers. Standard delivery times resume immediately following the holiday period.
• Refused Deliveries: If a package is rejected or returned to us by the carrier, a refund minus a 10% restocking fee (90% total refund) will be issued once the shipment is safely received back at our warehouse.
• Address Errors: Inaccurate shipping details or missing delivery information may result in processing and delivery delays.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email along with a direct SMS notification from the carrier. Please allow up to 48–72 hours after dispatch for tracking details to update in the courier system.

• Product prices displayed on our website do not include local taxes, import tariffs, or customs clearance fees.
• Depending on your location (including the USA and international destinations), your local customs authority or courier partner may assess taxes or duties upon arrival.
